Why am I being charged Tax?

Due to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on June 21, 2018 in the South Dakota vs Wayfair case we are now legally required to charge sales tax for states that we have not charged sales tax in the past. Previously, internet retailers were required to collect tax only in those states where they had a physical location. The Wayfair ruling dictates that purchases from all online retailers be subject to taxes determined by your state and/or local municipality. In accordance with this ruling, applicable taxes will be automatically added to your shopping cart’s subtotal.

What payment methods to you accept?

We accept payments via credit cards. VISA, MasterCard, JCP, Diners Club or Discover.

How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

Your card will be billed as EMPIRESTORE.NET.

Adaptive Video Playback.

The AE Films Membership video player will begin playback at the lowest stream rate possible and then based on the your connection, change to the highest stream rate that your connection will support. Conversely, if you connection starts to get slow, the player will switch you to a lower stream rate until your connection speeds back up. All of this is done seamlessly, playback should not be interrupted and changes to the stream rate will not restart playback.

How do I download videos?

The AE Films Membership site does not permit downloads. We are a streaming only video service.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not offer partial refunds for membership fees, your account will remain active until your next billing date at which time it will be deactivated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We offer a simple cancellation policy. No third party biller to call, no searching through your old emails, for a hidden cancel link. Simply log into you account and click 'My Account'. There you will find a 'Cancel Membership' button. Simply click the button, and fill out a quick survey, and you account will be cancelled on your next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for membership fees.
